Technical SAS (Infrastructure) Consultant (m/f)

Job description
We are looking for a Technical Consultant for SAS software. The role also involves aspects of business development and pre-sales. You will be responsible for dealing with both customer and internal issues regarding SAS software in combination with the cloud. You will work closely with Amsio’s technical team in the field of cloud and SAS software. In addition, you will work with the sales department, visit customers and develop proposals, which you will then automate and optimize together with our engineers.
Your profile:

• You have good communication skills;
• You enjoy working in a dynamic organization;
• You like to get things done;
• You can work well independently and as part of a team;
• You don’t mind having to travel, both within the Netherlands and abroad;
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
• You have experience installing, configuring and harnessing various SAS modules and solutions, including Base SAS, Visual Analytics, Visual Statistics, Office Analytics, Customer Intelligence Solution, Fraud Solutions, Environment Manager and any other modules;
• You have experience integrating SAS software in client environments (data warehouse systems, database environments or authentication environments such as Active Directory or public clouds);
• Conceptual knowledge of TCP/IP networking and virtualization;
• You can take customers’ data issues and translate them into an integration solution;
• You enjoy supporting second line support to SAS headquarters;
• You like to be the first to work with new versions.
